At Db Journey Norway, we want to ensure your gear is the perfect fit for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 100 days for a full refund or exchange.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
